Advanced Search for Gmail ("the extension") is designed to be fully private.

What data the extension handles

The extension lets you build Gmail searches and save filters, search history and organizations. This information is stored only on your own device using the browser's chrome.storage.local API. To power contact autocomplete, the extension reads sender and recipient names that are already visible on the Gmail page and keeps them locally on your device.

What the extension does not do

• It does not send any of your data to us or to any third party.
• It makes no network requests of its own.
• It has no account, no login, and no analytics or tracking.
• It does not use the Gmail API, and no server ever reads your email.

Data sharing

None. Your data never leaves your device and is never sold or transferred.

Removing your data

Uninstalling the extension removes all data it stored in chrome.storage.local. You can also clear favorites, history and organizations from within the extension at any time.
